Good News: It’s Never Too Late

“The secret of getting ahead is getting started.” – Agatha Christie

What story is burning on your heart today, writer? Maybe it’s one you’ve never put to paper. Or maybe your story is resting on the pages of your unfinished or unpublished manuscript.

It can be tempting, writer, to bemoan the time we’ve lost. And everything that could have been. But I have good news for you, writer. God is not done with your story. And the next best time to write…is right now.

God never changed his mind about you or the story He’s given you. You don’t have to either.

Time is often like a mirage—convincing us that somehow it’s trumped our ability to be useful for the Lord. But that’s a lie. Every. Single. Time.

There is no time or age where we are not of use to our King. So, I encourage you today, writer. Pick up your pen and give yourself permission to reawaken the dream.

“…being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ…” – Philippians 1:6

So jump back in, writer! If you need help, we’re here for you.
